Excellent experience!
Staff super friendly and knowledgeable.
Loads of gluten free options and the eggs Benedict was utterly delicious, as was the freshly squeezed OJ.
Would definitely recommend and will go again next time I visit Norwich

Had a caramel latte, amazing tasting coffee for a good price. A great choice of breakfasts/brunch, I had a big breakfast which was very nice, lovely sausages, look forward to coming again to choose something different to eat next time.

I don’t usually leave reviews… BUT… wow! I’d often seen people queuing outside and had heard from so many people that Cafe 33 was a must-visit. So, on a random Thursday afternoon, we finally gave it a go—and I’m so glad we did!
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff, and the atmosphere was just spot on. The menu was brilliantly put together, full of tempting descriptions that made choosing a challenge (in the best way!).
But nothing could have prepared us for just how incredible the food was. Every bite was packed with flavour, and it’s clear that a huge amount of passion and care goes into every dish. Every plate of food we watched appear in front of other customers looked just as delicious (yes we are nosey and had food envy!) The owners and team should be so proud of what they’ve created—it’s not just about great food; it’s an experience.
Well done, Cafe 33 team! We’ll definitely be back.

We were at cafe 33 in the park in Norwich yesterday. I don’t often write reviews but this time I decided to as the food was so amazing. I had vegan options of tacos and Korean fries which were so good, best meal I’ve had out in many months. The staff were really lovely and friendly too. We will be regulars from now on.

So clearly the photo looks amazing however! On my first bite into the egg there was shell, bubble and squeak was saturated in oil, black pudding the same. Second bite off egg more shell, I asked for 2 replacement eggs and the girls said yea sure “no apology or removal of the plate. The new eggs came out within 2 minutes and they were undercooked with transparent whites around the yolk. The eggs were set down and the waitress walked away. This honestly at 9.00am put me right off as the correct etiquette is to remove the plate and replace. I stopped eating and waiting to see if someone would come to attend I waited and eventually a waiter approached and said is everything ok. I said “no” and explained and showed that the eggs were not cooked correctly and it’s put me off. She said she would go speak to the manager. She then took my plate, with no offer of resolution or alternative. Then came back and said it was being removed from my bill, I didn’t ask for that! But then had the Audacity to say “so you just have to pay for your coffee” she set the bill in front of me and walked away.
My coffee was for me to enjoy with my breakfast needless to say this was handled incorrectly and has left me embarrassed and feeling problematic due to an issue caused by the kitchen. Don’t get me wrong the breakfast looked great but looks aren’t everything and how I was treated ensures I certainly won’t be back.

This was our first time at No 33, the staff were very accommodating, we did not have to wait long for our food and when it came it was lovely, hot and very tasty. We would definitely come again and try different items on the menu.

Delicious food and coffee with lovely staff.
Food and drinks were served fast.
Lots of veggie and vegan options too.
The cafe itself had a quaint interior.
Had the sticky cauliflower taco and it was delicious, then had some of my partners stacked pancakes and they were so light and fluffy. Partner had a coffee and he was very pleased with it.
Was a weekday and we got there around 10am but by 10:30am it was getting busy.

How utterly rude and arrogant. I started going to this place because my friend likes it. I could see there were seats available, so I asked. I was told I couldn't sit down while waiting for a friend to arrive even though we wanted to both eat. I was ushered out of the cafe. The food there is ok quality and cheap but they are getting way too big for their boots and the service is awful. Staff always look so unhappy and are rude. Seems like the main aim is profit over anything else. There are plenty of other cafes in Norwich. Don't bother with this one unless you like being insulted!

Excellent choice of vegan food, really delicious and good value for money! Would recommend trying the side of loaded hash browns. There’s a queue to get in but moved quickly.
We’ve been here a few times over the years, but unfortunately had a poor experience with a waitress. After clearly ordering two oat lattes and her repeating the order to us, she later came over and said to us and straight away says ‘you didn’t tell me it was oat so I’ve put it though as normal’, and confirmed that one of us did want oat milk and changed it. She then came back and said the same thing again to another one of us. Very odd, abrupt interaction but perhaps having a bad day…
